Looks like i have a boring week ahead of me - nothing planned. It turns out that even though i am shit at singing, going to karaoke with Alice was quite fun, thank God they have a nice selection of Britney songs on the machine. The room was cool, disco lights and everything, worth it for seven dollars an hour (you get bored of it after an hour anyway, when there's just two people). And how could i resist going shopping with Alice afterwards, she bought cute clothes, i didn't have money. But that shall soon be fixed. All this time i thought my youth allowance was only $120 a fortnight, well it turns out it's actually $180. So, my Grandma and I have decided that it would be better if it goes into my account, and i pay her $25 a week for 'rent' - which leaves me with $55 a week spending money, a heck of a lot more than my current $20. Seeing as it's going straight to the bank, i'll be more inclined to save. Finally, i get to handle my own money.
After emailing Ms. Webster (since the school server is finally back up), i now understand what the 'critical time path' is, and plan to wrap up my proposal, along with my Legal Studies assignment, tomorrow.
I started downloading Microsoft Office 2007 yesterday (700mb). I started it in the morning, and it was still going at night. Then, my mum and I went to Yvonne's house, and Raj hands me Microsoft Office 2007 on a disc, damn me wasting all that time/downloads for nothing. 2007 looks a hell of a lot better, but really, nothing has changed. He is also going to download Vista when it comes out, so i know it's just a phonecall away in the future, and i don't have to wait for 2gb to download.
I'm still recovering from losing all of my user data! I never knew how important playcounts and bookmarks were.
